Dilrabo’s research focuses on higher education and specifically, the economics of education. Dilrabo has been engaged with the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) for over seven years, and worked with the University of Central Asia as Central Asian Faculty Development Programme Coordinator. Her academic experience includes being a Research Associate with the University of Cambridge Faculty of Education. Since 2015, she is an Assistant Professor with the Nazarbayev University Graduate School of Education.
