Studying on Campus

UCA Campus Living

In addition to ample storage space and electrical outlets, a study desk and chair, a vanity sink,toilet and shower facilities are available. Each room has a window view overlooking the mountains. Corridors and walkways link the academic block to dormitories, providing secure direct access and warmth during the winter months.

Fitness and Recreation

Winter won't get in the way of enjoying sports at UCA and is accessible 365 days of the year. The Sports Dome can be configured for tennis, basketball, badminton, volleyball and football. And in the summer, you can enjoy the University's international standard outdoor football and tennis facilities. In the Academic Block, UCA's gym offers elliptical and treadmill machines, weights and more. The main student lounge also features table tennis, billiards, air hockey, foosball, couches and TV entertainment.

Prince Aly Muhammad visits the Naryn Campus of the University of Central Asia
19 November 2018, Naryn, Kyrgyzstan - Earlier this month, Prince Aly Muhammad completed a five-day, private visit to the Kyrgyz Republic, during which he visited the Naryn campus of the University of Central Asia. Prince Aly Muhammad spent time with students in Naryn to understand more about their backgrounds and aspirations. As part of his ongoing work this year, Prince Aly Muhammad also plans to build on his first film, Close to Home. Read more.

University of Central Asia's Khorog Campus

The University of Central Asia’s (UCA) undergraduate campus in Tajikistan is located in Khorog, 2,100 metres above sea level on a site gifted by the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan. Phase I construction of the UCA Khorog campus was completed in 2017, and includes an academic block, laboratory building, student life building, and residences.

The Khorog Campus houses a library, classrooms, a computer lab, student common spaces, dining hall, administrative offices and faculty reception, offices and residences. Each UCA campus features secure, modular dormitories, and athletic facilities including a football pitch, tennis courts, and a Sports Bubble that offers indoor athletics year-round. Majors offered at the Khorog Campus include Economics (BA), and Earth and Environmental Science (BSc).
